Create a GamePlan in CoachAI

Learn what a GamePlan is in CoachAI and follow a short guided flow to create your own, plus quick fixes for common setup issues.

What is a GamePlan?

A GamePlan in CoachAI is a structured coaching workflow that defines how CoachAI supports your clients over time. GamePlans bundle touchpoints like messages, tasks, and check-ins into a repeatable plan you can reuse across clients.

Use GamePlans to keep your coaching consistent while still personalizing details for each client or group.

You need a CoachAI account with access to the dashboard at https://dashboard.audere.com to create and manage GamePlans.

Create a new GamePlan

Open the GamePlans area

Go to https://dashboard.audere.com and sign in to CoachAI, then open the GamePlans section from the main navigation.

Start a new GamePlan

Click New GamePlan and enter a clear name and short description so you can easily recognize this plan later.

Define stages and touchpoints

Add the key stages in your coaching flow and attach actions such as messages, tasks, or check-ins to each stage, adjusting timing and audience as needed.

Review and save

Check the schedule, content, and targeting, then click Save or Publish to make the GamePlan available for use with your clients.

Troubleshooting

If you still have trouble after these checks, capture a screenshot and contact your CoachAI admin or support from the dashboard.

  • I do not see the GamePlans menu
Check that you are signed in with the correct workspace and that your role includes permission to manage GamePlans.

  • The Save or Publish button is disabled
Make sure you added a name, at least one stage, and all required fields in each touchpoint.

  • Changes are not showing for clients
Confirm that you published the latest version of the GamePlan and that clients are assigned to this GamePlan in their profiles.

  • I cannot edit an active GamePlan
Some GamePlans may be locked while active. Create a copy of the GamePlan, update the copy, and move new clients to the updated version.
