Getting Started with Audere

Set up your Audere account quickly and configure your first goals and commitments to start building accountability.

Prerequisites

Before starting, ensure you have:

  • A valid email address for account verification
  • Access to https://dashboard.example.com (Audere dashboard)
  • Optional: Team member emails for invitations

Create and Verify Your Account

Follow these steps to get your Audere account up and running.

Sign Up

Visit https://dashboard.example.com/signup and enter your email and password.

Choose your role: Coach, Manager, or Business Owner.

Verify Email

Check your inbox for the verification email from Audere.

Click the link to activate your account.

Log In

Return to https://dashboard.example.com/login and sign in with your credentials.

You'll land on the onboarding dashboard.

Onboarding Walkthrough and Initial Setup

Complete the guided setup to configure your workspace.

Set Up Client Dashboard

Name your workspace (e.g., "My Coaching Practice").

Add your first client via email invite.

Enable CoachAI Chat

Toggle CoachAI in settings.

Customize nudges for check-ins.

Add Your First Client or Team Member

Invite others to collaborate seamlessly.

Navigate to Team

From the sidebar, select Team or Clients.

Send Invite

Enter their email and assign a role.

Set permissions (view/edit).

Onboard New Member

They accept the invite and complete profile.

Assign them to your first initiative.

Invites expire after 7 days. Resend if needed from the Pending tab.

Complete Your First Commitment and Check-in

Test the system end-to-end.

Create Commitment

Go to Commitments > New Commitment.

Add: Task (Finish Q1 report), Due Date, Metric (Submitted by EOD).

Run Check-in

Trigger a manual check-in or wait for automation.

Log progress: 80% complete, blocker: data access.

Review Progress

Check the dashboard for visibility.

Use CoachAI chat for nudges if stuck.
